The fees charged for the assistance and representation for the completion of the files for reacquisition, acquisition and renunciation of Romanian citizenship and their submission to the competent institutions are fixed, lump-sum fees, which are payable on the basis of the legal assistance contract and the invoice.
Strictly for specialized consultancy, issuance of legal opinions, representation of clients at hearings and other specific activities, the lawyer’s fee is an hourly fee.
