Fees
The fee for expert legal advice is 90 euros per hour.
For the files taken over, the fee is negotiated according to the complexity of the case and the workload and is stipulated in very clear terms in the legal assistance contract.
The form of fees is:
- fixed fee (lump sum). This type of fees is the most used. It is the case where the fee is fixed regardless of the degree of difficulty of the case and the workload allocated to it;
- hourly fee. This is practiced especially in the case of legal consultancy contracts, but also in various cases pending before the courts and arbitration tribunals. The amount of the hourly fee is negotiated with each client and is reduced accordingly in the case of monthly subscriptions;
- success fee. This fee is charged only if a favourable decision has been rendered in favour of the client, and in particular in cases involving claims; this fee is applied only in combination with another type of fee;
- combined fees.
